This speciality company will be buzzing around our Farm Shop offering you the chance to adopt a bee hive and sample some award winning honey. With varieties including, Heather, Blossom, Lime, Orange and Manuka you are sure to discover the flavour that sets your taste buds, buzzing.

Heather Hills Honey based in Perthshire started in 1945 with a single hive. The 52 million workers (honey bees) spend their days producing the finest quality heather and blossom honey

A honey’s flavour profile will vary from year to year and hive to hive. The exact same field of flowers, if produced by two different hives that stand right next to each other, can bear honey that is completely different in color, flavor, texture, and aroma
