Breadmaking | Smith & Gray | Bute Produce
February 27 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
There’s nothing like the smell of warm bread baking!
This event will show how you can incorporate a variety of ingredients into your baking, meaning that even the times of the year where fruit and veg are at their sparcest you can still enjoy wholesome food.
You will be able to sample a variety of breads and our hosts will be talking about a selection of different doughs.
You will be able to learn about the starters and raising agents and their different properties, allowing you to get some ‘hands on’ experience. Everything you ‘knead’ to know to be able to bake a huge variety yourself.
There are very limited spaces for this evening event. Please express interest by messaging us HERE or by calling 01700 503181.
Hosted by Bute Produce.
